Okay, the only way this is going to work is if you create some sort of James Bond villan inspired trap, where you are strapped to a table and the saw cuts you by some force other than your own hand. Stupidest idea I’ve ever heard of… The “meat” of the story:

His left hand was mangled and part of his right arm was gone.
